High-tempo development
Structured sessions designed to keep players moving and maximize useful repetitions.
Age and skill appropriate groups
Players train with similar ages and skill levels.
On-ice skills development
During the ice skills sessions, training will focus on improving players' skating, puck control, puck protection, speed, shooting, endurance, and coordination on ice with small-area battle stations: 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3.
Off-ice development
On off-ice sessions, focus in training is to improve players' speed, endurance, agility, lower- and upper-body strength.
