Pavel’s Hockey Training is specialized in a variety of activities focused on developing hockey players from Windsor, Essex County & Michigan. We are running on ice and off ice training . During the ice skills sessions training will focus on improving players’ skating, puck control, puck protection, speed, shooting, endurance, and coordination on ice with small area battle stations 1 on 1 , 2 on 2 , 3 on 3. On skills sessions players separated in groups with similar age and skill level. On off-ice sessions focus in training is to improve players speed, endurance, agility, lower and upper body strength.
