Group T4. Skills 2

Every session will consist of different skills stations to improve players’ skating, puck control, puck protection, speed, shooting, endurance, and coordination on the ice with game station inside the blue line across the ice 3 on 3. Different devices such as attack triangles, sweet hands, and “Give N Go” used in skills stations training.
